Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine pool cleaning, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and maintaining skimmer baskets.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components of the swimming pool system.

• Conduct water testing and maintain proper chemical balance (chlorine, pH, alkalinity).

• Monitor and adjust pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and heaters, to ensure efficiency.

• Clean and maintain pool filters by backwashing or replacing cartridges as needed.

• Identify and repair pool equipment malfunctions, leaks, or damages promptly.

• Inspect and maintain the pool area, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, chemical levels, and repairs.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving pool-related concerns.

• Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices in pool maintenance.

• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment handling.

• Ability to operate and maintain pool cleaning tools such as skimmers, vacuums, and chemical testing kits.
