JLL is hiring a Senior Vice President (SVP) to lead its Tourism Advisory & Destination Development efforts across MENA and EMEA. This senior-level business development role will focus on strategic growth, market leadership, and cross-border collaboration. You will drive regional initiatives, manage key accounts, and lead the charge in building JLL’s reputation as a global leader in tourism advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Strategic Leadership & Growth

Develop regional strategy for tourism advisory in MENA and selectively EMEA

Set quarterly and annual targets for revenue, client acquisition, and market penetration

Drive cross-border growth in coordination with JLL’s Saudi and Africa offices
🔹 Client Management & Business Development
-
Cultivate key relationships with clients and public-sector stakeholders
-
Lead high-impact business development initiatives, account planning, and pitch execution
-
Represent JLL at trade shows, events, and one-on-one stakeholder meetings
🔹 Service Delivery & Innovation
-
Deliver consistently high-quality, differentiated advisory services
-
Leverage JLL tools and platforms to enhance client outcomes
-
Align delivery frameworks to support efficient project execution and innovation
🔹 Thought Leadership & Brand Building
-
Act as a visible leader and brand ambassador for JLL’s tourism practice
-
Develop and distribute thought leadership across EMEA with support from research teams

Elevate the firm’s presence through public speaking and content development
Candidate Requirements:
-
5+ years of leadership experience in Tourism Advisory, Real Estate Consulting, or CRE Services
-
Proven revenue track record and client network across MENA
-
Executive presence and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders

Experience managing cross-border teams in complex matrix organizations
-
Digitally forward, with an eye for innovation in service delivery

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
