Overview
Our client, a leading multinational consultancy, is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their Dubai team on new build projects across the UAE. This is a contract position (3–6 months, immediate start) employed by J10 Consulting, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex sustainability projects independently, ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Oversee the commercial management of assigned projects.

• Prepare proposals and secure repeat business with existing clients.

• Build strong client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to junior sustainability team members.

• Represent the company in industry professional groups and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sustainability within the built environment (UAE/GCC preferred).

• Hands-on experience with sustainability rating systems (LEED, Mostadam, Passive House, or equivalent).

• Proven ability to lead sustainability programs, policies, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Rhino, Grasshopper; knowledge of IES is a plus.

• Previous work with supervision consultants or PMC companies is essential.
