Overview:
A leading multinational consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join its Dubai-based team and contribute to high-profile new build projects across the Emirates. This is a contract-based role (initial 6 months), outsourced through J10 Consulting, with an immediate start. Candidates must have a solid background in sustainability consulting for large-scale construction projects within the UAE and must have worked with recognized PMC or supervision consultancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex sustainability projects from conception to completion.

• Drive the technical and commercial success of sustainability-focused construction initiatives.

• Deliver multiple successful projects and foster long-term client partnerships.

• Prepare detailed project proposals and win new business from existing clients.

• Provide strategic sustainability insights and project direction to clients and internal teams.

• Mentor and support junior consultants within the sustainability team.

• Represent the company at professional events, conferences, and industry panels.

Requirements:

• MSc degree or equivalent, ideally in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.

• Professional certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent are essential.

• 4–5+ years of experience in sustainability consultancy within the UAE construction sector.

• Demonstrated success managing the full lifecycle of sustainability projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

• Previous experience with top-tier PMC or supervision consultancies is mandatory.
