• Seatrium is currently hiring a Supply Chain & Warehouse Lead to oversee its warehousing and distribution operations in Dubai. The role involves supervising day-to-day supply chain activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing inventory control systems, and managing a warehouse team to meet operational goals. This position requires hands-on experience with tools used for packaging and shipping and a strategic mindset for optimizing warehouse workflows and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods

• Enforce policies and procedures related to operations, safety, and personnel

• Construct shipping crates, pallets, and boxes using tools such as air nailers, saws, hammers, and crowbars

• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping and material handling regulations

• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular physical counts and system reconciliation

• Plan and implement warehouse layout improvements and maintenance schedules

• Develop and monitor budgets, identify variances, and take corrective actions

• Oversee scheduling, assignment, and performance of warehouse staff

• Hire, train, and manage warehouse team; foster a performance-driven culture

• Continuously update professional and technical knowledge through training and networking

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with at least 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training

• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and warehouse management

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Experience in logistics planning, inventory control, and warehouse safety standards

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

• Ability to manage hands-on operational tasks and high-level strategic planning
