🎯 Role Overview:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Lead with a strategic mindset and hands-on operational experience to lead our end-to-end supply chain function. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in procurement, logistics, and inventory management, and will thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs

• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely purchasing of materials at optimal pricing

• Manage inventory to balance availability and cost-efficiency, avoiding shortages or overstock

• Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time global product delivery

• Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping and distribution workflows

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for consistent material quality and delivery

• Develop KPIs and performance metrics, analyze gaps, and drive corrective actions

• Continuously identify supply chain optimization opportunities and lead process improvements
