Supply Chain Coordinator
ROShell Fujairah , UAE

ROShell FZC is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end-to-end supply chain operations including materials planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, customs clearance, and ERP data maintenance. This full-time, on-site role in Fujairah requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in supply chain functions within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Materials Planning & Inventory Management:

    • Own the purchasing process and maintain an updated list of approved suppliers.

    • Plan and issue purchase orders based on production schedules.

    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

    • Record material usage and manage ERP data.

  • Warehousing & Inventory Control:

    • Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.

    • Conduct regular inventory audits and enforce safety/quality standards.

  • Customs Clearance:

    • Prepare documentation for customs clearance and coordinate with freight forwarders.

    • Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and maintain accurate records.

  • Logistics & Transportation:

    • Manage domestic and international shipments.

    • Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and optimize shipping costs.

  • Quality Assurance & Control:

    • Coordinate with QA team for material testing and approvals.

    • Handle supplier corrective action reports and ensure closure.

  • Costing & ERP:

    • Maintain full landed cost records and conduct variance analysis.

    • Ensure accurate master data in ERP systems for all materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in supply chain and logistics, preferably in manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of materials planning, international logistics, and customs regulations.

  • Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
