We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee building maintenance operations, manage teams, and ensure all tasks are executed with quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate building maintenance activities on-site.

• Manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure productivity and efficiency.

• Schedule, assign, and monitor daily maintenance tasks.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

• Maintain high-quality workmanship across all projects.

• Address on-site challenges and provide quick problem-solving solutions.

• Report progress and updates to management regularly.

• Support technical aspects of maintenance where required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in building maintenance supervision or a similar role.

• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and safety regulations.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems efficiently.

• Technical maintenance skills are an advantage.

• Prior experience in a similar position is highly desirable.
