ELE Interior Design is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all aspects of the studio’s design output, ensuring seamless project execution, team coordination, and client satisfaction. The role requires a highly experienced professional with expertise in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial interior design within the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, creative, and project management skills, a well-established network of suppliers, and a proven track record of successful projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead a team of designers and production staff, ensuring timely deliverables and smooth communication.
🔹 Collaborate with HR on team selection, training, and performance management.
🔹 Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to manage proposals, business development, and content creation.
🔹 Develop and maintain streamlined workflows and efficient design processes.
🔹 Represent the company at industry events, speaking engagements, and social media platforms.
🔹 Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service, repeat business, and referrals.
🔹 Oversee project budgeting, contract negotiations, and supplier relationships.
🔹 Supervise project execution both onsite and remotely, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
🔹 Maintain the materials library and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
✔ Proven experience as a Studio Manager or Senior Interior Designer.
✔ Expertise in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial design.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and Microsoft Office.
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
✔ Valid UAE driving license & vehicle.
✔ Availability for international travel as per business needs.
