Job Title: Studio Manager

Job Description:
ART OF PILATES, a premium Pilates studio based in Dubai, is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of professional instructors, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader with a background in Pilates, fitness business management, and customer service excellence in Dubai’s competitive wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of studio operations including scheduling, staff supervision, and client engagement.

• Recruit, train, and develop Pilates instructors to uphold world-class teaching standards.

• Innovate new fitness programs, wellness workshops, and membership offerings.

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across all studio facilities and equipment.

• Oversee client relationships—address inquiries, upsell services, and drive client satisfaction.

• Track studio KPIs, analyze performance data, and execute strategies for retention and growth.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the studio via social media, partnerships, and community events.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certified Pilates Instructor (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Romana’s Pilates, Polestar Pilates, or equivalent).

• Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in Reformer, Mat, or Contemporary Pilates.

• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role in a fitness or wellness studio (preferably in Dubai).

• Strong business acumen, sales, and client service skills.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.

• Familiarity with class booking and client management software.

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.

Preferred:

• Degree in Sports Science, Business Management, or related discipline.

• Experience with corporate wellness and pre/postnatal or rehabilitation Pilates programs.
