HR Orb Consultancy LLC is seeking a motivated Student Travel Specialist to design and manage international student tours that combine education, adventure, culture, and community service. This full-time, on-site role involves planning itineraries, managing logistics, ensuring student safety, and collaborating with schools, parents, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage student tour packages including flights, visas, hotels, and excursions.

• Create itineraries that combine academics, culture, and service learning.

• Manage vendors, contracts, and travel partners.

• Oversee logistics, safety, and risk management during trips.

• Collaborate with internal teams and support marketing with travel content.

• Brief schools, parents, and students before departure.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• 5+ years’ experience in travel or group tour management, preferably student travel.

• Strong knowledge of destinations, visas, and travel logistics.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or European languages a plus.

• Strong organizational and vendor management skills.

• Ability to travel internationally as required.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Work Schedule: 6 working days per week, with one day off scheduled on any weekday (Monday to Friday).
