Archcorp is seeking a DM-approved Structural Engineer (G+12/Unlimited license) to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time position requiring hands-on structural design expertise, authority coordination, and strong technical leadership across a range of building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute structural design engineering for mid to high-rise concrete buildings.

• Perform seismic and wind analysis using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000.

• Design using both American and British codes for concrete and structural steel.

• Develop specifications, structural reports, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with MEP, architectural teams, and authorities (Abu Dhabi authority experience is a plus).

• Utilize Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and BIM technologies.

• Design special systems such as PT slabs, hollow core slabs, shoring systems, culverts, retaining walls using tools like WALLAP, REWARD, ADAPT, RAM Concept, CONCISE Beam.

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and handle structural design approvals.

• Conduct site inspections and respond to contractual demands.

• Write technical reports and maintain client and internal correspondence.

• Participate in HR recruitment by conducting technical interviews for structural roles.

• Stay updated with modern structural practices and train cross-disciplinary teams.

• Monitor project efficiency, anticipate problems, and coordinate resolution with project managers and department heads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.

• Up to 15 years of experience in structural design and engineering.

• Dubai Municipality (DM) Certified with G+12 or Unlimited license preferred.

• Proficient in design software: ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD Pro, Revit, AutoCAD.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, responsibility, and strong team collaboration skills.
