Faithful Executive is seeking a Strategy Project Manager for a key client in the public sector in Dubai. This is a 6-month contract position with potential for long-term engagement. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of strategic performance management tools and frameworks, including the Balanced Scorecard and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the Balanced Scorecard across departments.

• Finalize KPIs and performance reporting tools.

• Align strategic and operational goals by collaborating with internal teams and external consultants.

• Assist in the preparation of executive board presentations and strategic reviews.

• Contribute to a major organizational project with the Human Capital team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development, execution, or performance management.

• Strong understanding of the Balanced Scorecard methodology and KPI frameworks.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver measurable outcomes.

• Experience in stakeholder management and confident presenting at board level.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
