Pemo is on a mission to empower business owners with seamless financial control. We’re looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded summer intern to join our Strategy & Finance team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain deep exposure to the fintech industry while working on real-world strategic projects that shape our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Strategic Analysis: Conduct research, collect data, and perform analysis to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
🚀 Process Optimization: Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and performance metrics for scalable growth.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across different teams to drive alignment and execution on key initiatives.
🔍 Financial Monitoring: Support budget tracking, variance analysis, and overall financial planning.
📡 Market Insights: Engage with stakeholders and external partners to gather insights and strengthen partnerships.

Requirements:

✔ Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/MSc in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, initiative-driven approach
