The role involves working closely with the founder to build systems, processes, and automations that streamline operations and prepare the company for global scale. Key Responsibilities:

• Translate vision into structured execution by creating quarterly and weekly roadmaps.

• Design and implement automation-first systems using tools like Notion, Zapier/n8n, and Google Workspace.

• Keep projects on track across product, marketing, and creative teams.

• Support the CEO with calendar management, communication, priorities, and strategic briefs.

• Facilitate team syncs, document decisions, and quickly resolve blockers.

• Maintain clear communication across Slack, WhatsApp, and email.

Tools You’ll Use:

• Notion (workspace + dashboards)

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

• Slack & WhatsApp (communication)

• Zapier / n8n (automation)

• Loom (async communication & workflows)

• Figma (visual systems)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a founder’s right hand in a startup or fast-moving creative business.

• Strong background in building systems, automations, and operations processes.

• High emotional intelligence, proactive approach, and ability to stay calm under pressure.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
