Babylon Holidays, a growing luxury travel brand, is seeking a Strategic Operations & Growth Partner to co-lead its operations and expansion across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a dynamic travel industry professional ready to help build and scale a global travel venture from the ground up. The position is hybrid, with flexibility to work remotely and travel frequently to locations like Bali, Vietnam, Thailand, and Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:

Co-manage day-to-day operations across key markets in Southeast Asia.

Help design and launch an internal B2B system for hotel bookings, visa handling, flight coordination, and tour planning.

Offer strategic advice and leadership support to the founder.

Lead innovation by introducing new travel products, services, and client experiences.

Manage and mentor regional teams.

Collaborate closely with the founder on company growth, culture, and direction.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience in tourism & hospitality (e.g., B2B/B2C travel agencies, DMCs, OTA platforms).

Comfortable working in dynamic, startup-like environments.

Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.

High degree of trust, collaboration, and independence.

Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a bonus).

Must possess a passport allowing visa-free or easy international travel.
