Fuse Energy, a leading renewable energy supplier, is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to join their dynamic Finance team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, strategy, and renewable energy. Reporting to senior leadership, the Strategic Finance Associate will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and supporting key corporate development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Support: Assist in preparing investor presentations, financial models, and due diligence materials for equity and debt raising

• Financial Risk Management: Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure the company’s financial health

• Mergers & Acquisitions: Evaluate M&A opportunities, conduct market research, and provide financial analysis for transaction support

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with teams to develop long-term plans by analyzing market trends and financial performance

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report financial KPIs, providing insights to improve business performance

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and finance partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (advanced degree or professional qualification such as CFA, ACA, or MBA is a plus)

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable
