Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic & Digital Transformation Consultant to join a dynamic governmental entity in Abu Dhabi. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive key strategic and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The consultant will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, managing project execution, facilitating collaboration among stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support executive leadership in executing strategic and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and scope.
• Conduct research and analysis on digital transformation trends and best practices.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones, track progress, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-6 years in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.

• Research & Analysis: Ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
