Strategic Account Manager – Cybersecurity Vendor

  • The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing large enterprise accounts in various sectors such as Oil & Gas, BFSI, Government, and Commercial. This role involves developing tailored cybersecurity solutions for clients, establishing strong relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, particularly within the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead account management strategy for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their cybersecurity needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their initiatives and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Engage with enterprise customers to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve client goals and drive opportunities.

  • Manage forecasts, account plans, and customer relationships, ensuring accuracy and effective execution.

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and update client details regularly.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, specifically in cybersecurity sales.

  • Proven experience working with major accounts in Oil & Gas, BFSI, Government, and Commercial sectors.

  • Strong ability to engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, networking, and IT products.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions is a plus.
