Job Responsibilities

📦 Inventory Management

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support smooth daily restaurant operations.

• Conduct regular stock counts & audits to track inventory usage & prevent losses.

• Implement efficient storage solutions for maximum space utilization & organization.

📑 Procurement & Supplier Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers to place orders, ensuring quality & freshness of stock.

• Monitor incoming shipments & verify product quality before accepting deliveries.

• Maintain accurate documentation of stock movement & inventory transactions.

🍽 Operational Support & Compliance

• Work closely with kitchen staff to prioritize and fulfill urgent supply requests.

• Ensure health & safety compliance by maintaining cleanliness & proper storage.

• Assist in menu planning by providing insights on stock availability & demand.

📊 Training & Teamwork

• Train and supervise junior staff on inventory management best practices.

• Stay updated on restaurant industry trends to recommend new stock options.

Candidate Profile

✅ High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality/business management is a plus.
✅ 2-3 years experience in inventory management within restaurants or hospitality.
✅ Food safety certification to comply with health & hygiene regulations.
✅ Knowledge of inventory management software (POS, ERP, or related tools).
✅ Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
✅ Strong organizational & multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
✅ Physical fitness – ability to lift heavy items & stand for long periods.
✅ Detail-oriented & proactive problem-solver with a teamwork mindset.
