Apparel Group is hiring a Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves managing store staff, maintaining stock levels, overseeing visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales & Customer Service:

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through strategic planning.
• Implement innovative sales techniques to maximize store revenue.
• Promote Club Apparel Loyalty Program for customer retention.

✅ Store Operations & Stock Management:

• Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct weekly store audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure brand policies & procedures are followed at all times.

✅ Staff Supervision & Training:

• Manage staff schedules, leave, and grievances efficiently.
• Train employees on product knowledge & customer engagement.
• Provide feedback to Area & Operations Managers regarding team performance.

✅ Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards:

• Ensure store layout & displays align with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on fashion trends & new product launches.

✅ Security & Compliance:

• Maintain strict security vigilance to prevent theft or stock loss.
• Oversee end-to-end store operations ensuring compliance with company policies.

Eligibility Criteria:

🔹 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in retail management (fashion industry experience is a plus).

🔹 Key Skills Required:

• Strong leadership & team management abilities.
• Excellent sales & customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments.
• Physically fit to handle standing for long hours & heavy lifting.
