Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will lead and motivate the store team to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, manage stock levels, and ensure that the store is always well-stocked and prepared for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and train the store team to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to ensure the store is consistently stocked.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and promotions.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of retail operations and stock management.
• Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the outdoor, sportswear, or performance apparel industry.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
