Job Overview:

Chalhoub Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager – Luxury to lead its high-end retail team in Dubai. This leadership role is crucial in driving business results, developing talent, and delivering an exceptional customer journey in alignment with the brand’s prestige standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive the Business

  • Execute and monitor store action plans to meet sales targets and KPIs.

  • Analyze market trends and competitors; conduct SWOT analysis.

  • Leverage both online and offline platforms for omnichannel growth.

  • Foster customer loyalty through personalized clienteling and VIP management.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead with vision and foster a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.

  • Use Chalhoub’s learning platforms to develop team competencies.

  • Ensure fair performance evaluations and improvement plans.

Customer Experience

  • Promote a seamless omnichannel experience across physical and digital touchpoints.

  • Enhance VIP client engagement through tailored services and outreach.

  • Utilize customer data to proactively anticipate needs and elevate satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, legal, HR, and safety standards.

  • Manage stock, floor coverage, visual merchandising, and in-store technology tools.

  • Oversee prompt processing of e-commerce orders.

  • Collaborate with support teams to address operational concerns.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within luxury or premium retail.

  • Strong understanding of clienteling and omnichannel sales strategies.

  • Ability to manage teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with retail systems and tech tools is a plus.
