Job Description:
AKI is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for its Fitness Division (Befit) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the retail outlet, achieving sales targets, leading a motivated team, and ensuring a premium customer experience. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on retail management, driving customer engagement and promoting the Befit brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and adherence to SOPs.

• Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand compliance.

Sales and Customer Service

• Drive sales performance by executing effective sales strategies.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.

• Collect and maintain customer data for targeted marketing.

Team Leadership and Development

• Hire, train, and manage sales staff; foster a motivated team environment.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.

Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.

• Conduct regular inventory audits to avoid discrepancies.

Marketing and Promotions

• Work with the marketing team to plan and implement promotions and events.

• Use customer feedback to refine marketing and product strategies.

Financial and Administrative Duties

• Monitor expenses and ensure financial performance aligns with goals.

• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics.

Compliance and Safety

• Enforce company policies and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Maintain a secure and safe environment for both customers and employees.

Customer Engagement and Brand Representation

• Build long-term relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty.

• Represent the Befit brand and its commitment to wellness and fitness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.

• Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Experience: At least 4 years of retail management experience, ideally in the fitness or wellness industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
