In this role, you will drive store performance, foster an exceptional customer experience, and lead a passionate team in one of the region’s most dynamic retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the Axel Arigato brand by delivering an exceptional customer journey both online and offline.

• Develop and execute the store’s business action plan to meet sales goals and KPIs.

• Build and maintain a strong VIP customer base through clienteling and strategic relationship management.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, trust, and excellence.

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights; share relevant feedback with stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with all store operations policies, HR practices, and health and safety guidelines.

• Drive omnichannel sales strategies, ensuring seamless integration between physical and digital platforms.

• Utilize technology and CRM tools to optimize customer engagement and operational efficiency.

• Maintain merchandising and VM standards aligned with the brand’s guidelines.

• Manage store operations, including e-commerce fulfillment, stock management, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a premium or luxury retail store within the UAE.

• Strong sales background, preferably in high-end fashion or footwear brands.

• Passion for fashion, culture, and innovation.

• Dynamic leadership style with excellent communication and team development skills.

• Proactive, customer-centric, and results-driven approach.
