Role Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance, fostering customer loyalty, managing your team, and ensuring that store operations meet brand guidelines. You will lead your team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), recruit and retain VIP customers, and ensure a world-class experience for each client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive the Business

  • Lead by example, representing the brand through all customer and team interactions.
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage and build a strong customer database to create future sales opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, providing valuable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Leverage hybrid selling (online and offline) to maximize sales.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Clearly communicate the business vision and goals to your team.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Act as a coach, promoting growth and professional development through available learning tools.
  • Ensure transparency and clarity around performance improvement plans.

3. Customer Experience

  • Promote an omnichannel mindset by integrating all customer touchpoints (physical and digital).
  • Apply clienteling techniques to focus on VIP customers, using customer data to offer personalized experiences.
  • Continuously recruit new clients and turn them into loyal VIPs by offering exceptional service.

4. Operational Excellence

  • Ensure strict adherence to sales, operational policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee the timely and quality processing of e-commerce orders and ensure no pending fulfillment actions.
  • Utilize available tools (e.g., Clienteling app, OMS, Whatsapp Business) to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain store operations standards, from stock replenishment to visual merchandising.
  • Analyze traffic data to ensure optimal floor coverage and anticipate peak hours.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and HR guidelines, continuously working to improve processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within Luxury Fashion Retail.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail environments in the UAE, Kuwait, or Qatar.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
