Etoile Group, a leading luxury retail group in the Middle East, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Keeper / Helper to support daily store operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves assisting the sales team, managing stockroom organization, supporting replenishment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a luxury fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive shipments and ensure items are received in correct quantities and in good condition.

• Organize and maintain stockroom as per company guidelines.

• Support sales staff with replenishment and other store-related tasks.

• Monitor consumables and packaging supplies, reporting to supervisors when needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom, shelves, and store products (including silver items).

• Provide customer support, including assisting with carrying purchases when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury fashion retail.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

• Hardworking, motivated, and willing to learn.

• Stylish, well-groomed, and passionate about fashion.

• Ability to adapt and support store operations effectively.

• Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be preferred.
