Anantara Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Steward to support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen and dishwashing areas. This full-time role ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, and workspaces are kept clean and ready for use, contributing to a smooth and efficient hospitality operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machines to clean designated restaurant and kitchen wares.

• Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils as required.

• Maintain cleanliness of Dishwashing, Kitchen, Cafeteria, Compactor, and Storage areas.

• Assist the kitchen team by providing clean and organized equipment.

• Perform special cleaning projects as assigned.

• Follow hotel specifications and standards for hygiene and safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training.

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Steward in hotels or restaurants.

• Attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through in duties.

• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures.

• Strong commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service.

• Ability to maintain operational excellence with a keen eye for detail.

• Location is remote; candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Sir Bani Yas.
