Job Title: Steel Fixer 

Job Description:

We are currently hiring experienced Steel Fixers to be part of our growing construction team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This hands-on role involves the preparation and installation of steel reinforcements in concrete structures, contributing to the development of buildings, bridges, and major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications

• Measure, cut, bend, and fix steel bars or mesh using hand tools and machinery

• Secure reinforcement materials using wire ties, clips, or welding techniques

• Accurately position and secure steel reinforcements before concrete pouring

• Ensure all work complies with safety guidelines and site protocols

• Collaborate with site engineers, foremen, and other team members for smooth project execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a steel fixer in construction projects

• Ability to read and follow basic construction and reinforcement drawings

• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the role

• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions and at heights

• Willing to relocate to UAE or currently based in UAE

• Strong team player with a positive work attitude

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 1,530
