About the Opportunity:

Are you an aspiring entrepreneur ready to test, launch, or grow your startup idea? Madarek Accelerator invites founders to join one of its three hands-on tracks designed to accelerate venture development over an intensive 8–12 week remote program.

This is not a typical job—it’s a startup residency where selected candidates will co-create their ventures while gaining access to high-value mentorship, feedback loops, and potential investor connections.

Founder Tracks:

Candidates are matched to one of the following based on their startup stage:

• Business Exploration Track – Shape and test an early business concept

• Product Launch Track – Build and deploy an MVP or initial offering

• Growth Readiness Track – Refine operations, gain traction, and prepare for funding

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead your own venture through weekly deliverables and structured startup milestones

• Engage in strategy check-ins, roundtables, and expert-led workshops

• Validate your assumptions, iterate on your model, and strengthen product-market fit

• Prepare demos, pitch decks, and investor-readiness documents

• Collaborate with a regional network of mentors and fellow founders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• You are self-driven, resourceful, and deeply committed to building a startup

• Currently developing a business idea, MVP, or early-stage venture

• Willing to participate in mentorship and feedback sessions

• Based in the MENA region (preferred, but not required)

• Prior startup or business exposure is a bonus, not a requirement

Program Details:

• Duration: 8–12 weeks (Remote)

• Compensation: Unpaid role (founder-in-residence); includes program support, tools, exposure, and networking

• Outcome: Visibility to potential pilots, advisors, and early-stage investors

• Cohort Start: Rolling basis with limited seats per cycle
