Job Title: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Training Manager

Job Description:
A leading UAE-based main contractor is seeking an experienced SOP & Training Manager to develop and implement standardized training and management systems across the group. With a turnover exceeding 5 billion AED, this contractor is expanding rapidly and requires a skilled professional to ensure consistent quality management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training frameworks across multiple divisions.
• Work closely with senior management to standardize internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) through internal and external audits.
• Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with QHSE teams to integrate safety and quality initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adapting strategies as needed.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and site workers, to drive a culture of excellence.
• Regular site visits to ensure proper execution of training and management processes.

Requirements:

• Strong training and course delivery experience within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to engage with multi-national teams and adjust training approaches accordingly.
• Experience in developing and managing Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Process-driven, highly organized, and capable of meeting deadlines and performance targets.
• Must be based in Dubai full-time and able to travel between sites and training facilities.
• Available to start employment before June 1, 2025.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 45,000 – 60,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
