Job Description:
Guildhall is hiring a dedicated Stakeholder Manager to oversee regulatory coordination and approvals for a major Food Hub Project and Infrastructure Development in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Abu Dhabi Ports, KEZAD processes, and securing permits, NOCs, and compliance approvals essential for project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and government authorities, including KEZAD and Abu Dhabi Ports.

• Lead the application and acquisition process for permits, NOCs, and other regulatory requirements.

• Prepare, track, and manage all regulatory submissions to ensure timely approvals.

• Maintain full compliance with KEZAD procedures and Abu Dhabi’s regulatory frameworks.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to gather documentation and support permit processes.

• Provide regular updates and resolve potential bottlenecks or delays in approval workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of stakeholder management experience within the UAE infrastructure or construction sectors.

• Deep understanding of KEZAD and Abu Dhabi Ports regulatory processes.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• PMP certification is highly desirable.
