Stage Assistant Manager – Abu Dhabi
Miral Experiences Abu Dhabi , UAE

Miral Experiences is seeking a Stage Assistant Manager (ASM) to oversee entertainment operations, guide team leaders, and ensure high-quality performance delivery across events and activations. This full-time role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi and involves leadership, coordination, and operational management of live shows, character appearances, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide Team Leaders and front-line colleagues in job training, coaching, daily attendance, grooming, appraisals, and personal development.

  • Oversee duty schedules, ensuring operational readiness and adequate coverage.

  • Coordinate character appearances, roaming entertainment, and live shows in parks and external events.

  • Work with line managers on production and installation schedules for in-park events.

  • Collaborate with procurement, third-party vendors, and technical teams for smooth event execution.

  • Supervise décor installation, derigging, costume maintenance, and technical issue resolution.

  • Conduct daily briefings, motivate colleagues, and implement recognition programs.

  • Ensure departmental policies, procedures, and KPIs are maintained and achieved.

  • Assist with auditions, trainings, and professional development initiatives.

  • Track external requests and share insights, observations, and recommendations with management.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Job Essentials:

  • Higher secondary education or equivalent.

  • 1 year of leadership experience and 2 years in the entertainment industry.

  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Knowledge of current Health and Safety guidelines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Desirables:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts.

  • 3 years of stage management or 5 years of performance experience.

  • Fire warden and First Aid trained.

  • Stage management and technical knowledge in lighting, AV, Kronos, or Oracle systems.
