SQUATWOLF, a leading performance-driven gymwear brand based in Dubai, is seeking a Sr. Video Content Creator to craft visually compelling content across short-form social media and high-production long-form videos. This full-time, on-site role involves shooting, editing, storytelling, and leveraging AI tools to bring brand stories to life while collaborating with marketing and brand teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube interviews, brand films).

• Plan and execute shoots including set design, lighting, and audio capture.

• Edit videos for multiple platforms, ensuring optimized performance.

• Use AI-powered tools to ideate, generate, and enhance content.

• Apply cinematic techniques, motion graphics, sound design, and storytelling to engage audiences.

• Maintain organized video asset library for team-wide accessibility.

• Stay updated on trends, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors.

• Collaborate with marketing, brand, and performance teams to maximize engagement and visibility.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content.

• Strong visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for cinematic composition.

• Comfortable in fast-paced creative environments and able to manage multiple projects.

• Knowledge of emerging AI tools for content creation.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency with video editing software: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects.

• Strong filming and lighting skills, including set preparation and camera operation.

• Audio capture, editing, and sound design capabilities.

• Ability to craft cohesive, immersive, and cinematic videos with attention to detail.
