This role places you at the heart of culinary creativity, crafting inspiring flavors for the global food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage the flavor lab and oversee compounding workflows.

• Lead and mentor a team of technicians to ensure timely and quality outputs.

• Follow precise formula instructions for flavor compounding.

• Prepare application samples for Flavors Creation, Sweet Goods, and Beverage Markets.

• Complete and manage all required sample documentation and ensure correct distribution.

• Ensure raw material availability for sample preparation activities.

• Maintain strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar technical role within the flavor, food, or related industry.

• Strong passion for the food industry and curiosity about flavor innovation.

• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share and develop ideas within the team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality and compliance.
