Talabat, the leading on-demand food and Q-commerce platform in the region, is seeking a Sr. Specialist – Subscription in Dubai. This role focuses on analyzing, optimizing, and growing Talabat’s subscription program across multiple markets. The specialist will drive strategic initiatives, enhance subscriber experience, and provide actionable insights to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze subscription business growth and monitor financial performance, including P&L.

Develop and refine subscription strategies, including pricing and value proposition improvements.

Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to implement strategies.

Utilize data analytics to understand subscriber behavior, preferences, and satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to enhance the subscriber experience and optimize subscription offerings.

Define KPIs and metrics to track subscription performance and recommend improvements.

Support annual and long-term business planning for the subscription segment.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Adapt quickly to changing business needs and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in food delivery, Q-commerce, e-commerce, or management consulting. Experience in subscription-focused businesses is a plus.

Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis, budgeting, and business impact assessment.

Technical proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, Tableau, Looker, and Google Suite (Sheets & Slides).

Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Advanced presentation and storytelling skills, especially for senior executive audiences.

Strong project management, interpersonal, and stakeholder influence abilities.
