As part of a multicultural team of ex-consultants and seasoned industry professionals, you’ll play a key role in defining and analyzing strategic business initiatives and collaborating across functions to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor the strategic growth of new ventures and business projects.

• Collaborate with the team to create and implement innovative strategies that define key success metrics and uncover growth opportunities.

• Enhance reporting systems and data accessibility to support fast, informed decision-making in a dynamic business environment.

• Deliver data-driven insights and performance evaluations of key strategic initiatives.

• Work cross-functionally across departments and interact with senior leadership.

• Translate complex problems into actionable plans and recommendations.

• Maintain adaptability to shifting business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 3–5+ years of experience in strategy-related roles within food delivery, e-commerce, or management consulting sectors.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in problem-solving, business planning, and market analysis.

• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and/or Google Slides, Sheets.

• Experience working in cross-functional, diverse team environments.
