A leading company in the UAE, renowned for its expertise in industrial automation and telecommunication solutions, catering to sectors such as oil & gas, government, utilities, and transportation.

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to lead and grow high-value client accounts. This role requires a results-driven sales professional with deep technical expertise in networking and data communication systems. You will drive strategic sales efforts, expand market share, and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, integrators, and government-linked clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and expand key customer accounts across industrial and infrastructure sectors

• Promote end-to-end data communication and automation solutions to OEMs, system integrators, and end-users

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through strategic selling and client engagement

• Ensure product and brand approvals with major government entities, utilities, oil & gas companies, and transport authorities

• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, procurement, leadership) to ensure delivery, service, and collections

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, conduct presentations, and manage negotiations

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategy

Candidate Requirements:

• Nationality: Open to Arabic nationals

• Age Limit: 40 years and below

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation and telecommunications

  • Proven record of selling complex networking and communication solutions, not just hardware

  • Experience working with oil & gas clients and other industrial sectors is essential

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of networking devices (switches, routers, communication hardware)

• License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Compensation Package:

• Monthly Salary: AED 17,000 – 18,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Additional Benefits: Performance-based annual incentives + annual flight ticket allowance
