e& UAE is seeking a Senior Manager – Operations (Delivery & Compliance) to oversee Project & Audit, Compliance & Reporting functions. The ideal candidate will lead assurance activities, manage compliance programs, and ensure efficient project execution while maintaining the integrity of financial and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead project teams to ensure timely revenue recognition of milestones.

• Oversee planning, execution, and closing of billing milestones.

• Align projects with corporate goals and compliance standards.

• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources.

Reporting:

• Oversee financial and non-financial reporting to meet regulatory requirements.

• Analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Implement reporting standards and procedures.

Control Tower & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international governance standards.

• Develop and implement risk-based compliance programs.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Manage cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks.

• Ensure business continuity through risk management frameworks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in project management, compliance, and reporting.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management.
