Job Overview:

Waheguru Travels, a leading name in the travel industry, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive with hands-on experience using TRAACS (Travel Accounting Software). This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, looking to contribute to an established organization and help streamline financial processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial reconciliations using TRAACS software.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial closings, reporting, and auditing.

  • Support various departments and operations with accurate financial data and contribute to process improvements.

  • Manage and oversee BSP/IATA transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and timely processing.

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement financial improvements.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Required Experience: 2+ years in finance/accounting roles, preferably in the travel industry.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in TRAACS software, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and solid data analysis capabilities.

  • Industry Knowledge: Travel industry experience is highly preferred.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

  • Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Salary: AED 2,500–5,000

  • Experience: 2–8 Years

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent

  • Nationality: Open to all Arab Nationals, Indian, Bangladeshi, and Nepali candidates
