Private Care Center, a premier in-home healthcare provider in Dubai, is currently seeking a Speech Therapist to join their dedicated team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a licensed professional with a passion for helping individuals overcome speech and language disorders. The Speech Therapist will assess patients, design customized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and optimal recovery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

• Develop personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs

• Support patients with speech difficulties and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)

• Monitor progress and update treatment goals accordingly

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding progress and care

Required Qualifications:

• Certification and valid licensure as a Speech Therapist

• Proficiency in handling a variety of speech and communication disorders

• Experience in dysphagia management

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

• Ability to fluently speak Arabic (preferred for this role)

• Prior experience in a clinical or home care setting is an advantage
