Salary: Up to $113,514.39 + Salary Packaging

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based therapy to children & adults with disabilities

• Manage a paediatric & mixed caseload with diverse & complex needs

• Use advanced assessment tools to develop individualized intervention strategies

• Provide therapy in various settings – clinics, schools, homes, group homes & via telehealth

• Support the development of professional knowledge & best practices in Speech Pathology

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Qualified Speech & Language Therapist (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
✔ Experience in paediatric, adolescent & adult therapy
✔ Knowledge of strengths-based, family, & person-centred approaches
✔ Ability to manage caseloads & administrative duties efficiently
✔ Understanding of the NDIS framework & fee-for-service models (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication skills – written, oral & listening
✔ Valid Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Valid Driving Licence
