Impactful Minds Inclusive Educational Centre is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy and support for children with speech, language, communication, and dysphagia disorders. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating students, developing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with educators and caregivers, and documenting progress. This position can be part-time or full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and dysphagia disorders in children.

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.

• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support student development.

• Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.

• Provide guidance and support to families regarding speech and language development strategies.

• Participate in educational and therapy team meetings to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.

• Relevant certification and licensure (or in-process license acceptable).

• Experience in speech therapy and managing speech disorders.

• Understanding of language disorders and their treatment approaches.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Experience working with children in an educational setting is a plus.
