FAB is looking for a Value Optimization Specialist to enhance business revenue and efficiency across all sales and distribution channels. This role focuses on channel profitability, business performance tracking, and transformation initiatives to optimize value creation.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Channel Profitability & Performance Tracking – Analyze business performance & identify growth opportunities.
📈 Revenue Optimization – Generate data-driven insights to enhance revenue across sales channels.
🤝 Cross-Channel Collaboration – Improve synergy between teams to boost sales efficiency.
🏆 Incentive Management – Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Sales & Distribution incentives.
🔄 Process Automation & CRM Optimization – Implement business planning tools & CRM enhancements.
🎯 Sales & Marketing Initiatives – Plan & track sales campaigns, contests, and performance improvement programs.
💡 Best Practices Sharing – Drive knowledge-sharing sessions for front-line teams.

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking, sales optimization, or business analytics.
🖥️ Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel & Data Analysis.
CRM & Business Planning Tools.
🗣️ Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and coordination abilities.
