Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage cytopathology services and laboratory operations

• Perform comprehensive gross and microscopic pathological examinations

• Analyze blood samples for transfusion compatibility and cellular abnormalities

• Ensure proper handling, collection, and processing of laboratory specimens

• Accurately log, document, and integrate test results into patient records

• Provide detailed written evaluations and timely diagnostic reports

• Stay abreast of advancements in medical and laboratory research

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognized and accredited institution

• Board Certification in Pathology

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a practicing Pathologist

• Certification in Anatomic Pathology and Cytopathology (preferred)

• Strong diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of clinical accuracy and professional ethics
