Job Title: Specialist Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Surgical & Obstetric Care:

• Perform gynecologic and obstetric surgeries (both emergency and planned procedures).
• Conduct spontaneous and operative deliveries in the Delivery Room.
• Collaborate with midwives and medical staff for optimal patient care.

🚑 Emergency & In-Patient Care:

• Respond promptly to emergency consultation calls.
• Provide out-patient care in clinics as assigned.
• Conduct and interpret ultrasound examinations (hospital and out-patient).
• Monitor fetal heart rates and take appropriate action.

🤝 Medical Consultation & Coordination:

• Consult with physicians from other departments as needed.
• Attend committee meetings as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Interact with patients’ families, updating them on condition changes and treatment plans.

📅 Work Schedule & Compliance:

• Work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per department schedule.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance by monitoring clinical indicators.

Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education & Certification:

• Medical Degree with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Valid medical license in the respective country.

🩺 Technical & Clinical Skills:

• Expertise in obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
• Strong ultrasound interpretation and fetal monitoring skills.
• Proficiency in emergency response and patient assessment.
