🔍 About the Role:

We are currently hiring a Specialist Endodontist to join a leading healthcare organization in the UAE. This position requires a highly skilled dental professional with specialized training in endodontics and experience performing root canal treatments and related procedures using modern techniques and equipment.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a top-tier clinical setting, collaborating with general dentists and dental surgeons to deliver high-quality care and long-term patient satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat conditions involving the dental pulp and periapical tissues

• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies

• Manage dental trauma, including fractured and luxated teeth

• Utilize advanced technologies such as CBCT, digital X-rays, and operating microscopes

• Create tailored treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnostic findings

• Collaborate with referring dentists for integrated patient care

• Educate patients about treatment procedures, outcomes, and oral health maintenance

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation and case histories

• Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions to ensure optimal outcomes

🏆 Qualifications & Experience:

• DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

• Post-graduate specialty certification in Endodontics

• 3–7 years of clinical experience as an Endodontist

• Expertise in modern endodontic techniques and microscopic dentistry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work with high precision and professionalism

• Microsurgical endodontics (e.g., apicoectomy)

• CBCT and digital radiography interpretation

• Pain management and dental emergency care
