KBR, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Commissioning Engineer (DCS) for a PMC/EPC project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of Field DCS systems in the oil & gas sector. The candidate must have strong experience in ICAPS or similar completion systems and the ability to work with multicultural project teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead commissioning activities for Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
✅ Oversee pre-commissioning & commissioning of EPC facilities.
✅ Prepare procedural documentation for company review and approval.
✅ Identify and manage consumables/first fills for commissioning and startup.
✅ Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
✅ Effectively communicate within a multicultural project environment.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 17+ years of experience in the oil & gas sector.
✔️ At least 10 years of on-site project experience.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mandatory).
✔️ Strong experience in EPC projects (PMC experience is a plus).
✔️ Experience in GCC projects is required.
✔️ Proficiency in ICAPS or similar completion systems.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
