KBR, a global leader in science, technology, and engineering solutions, is hiring a Specialist Civil Engineer for an Offshore Island Brownfield Construction Project in Abu Dhabi. As part of KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions division, you’ll work on high-impact projects that drive innovation and sustainability in the oil and gas sector. This role is based in the contractor’s office and is ideal for experienced civil engineers with a strong background in offshore and brownfield projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and contribute to brownfield construction activities on offshore artificial island facilities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale oil and gas construction projects.

• Ensure engineering compliance with project requirements, safety, and quality standards.

• Utilize your domain expertise to address design challenges and optimize project delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

• At least 12+ years of brownfield construction experience within oil and gas.

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in artificial offshore island facilities projects (preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role on a mega construction project (valued over US$1 billion).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
