Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury retail and distribution in the Middle East, is seeking a Specialist – Business Improvement – Fulfillment to analyze and optimize warehousing processes. The role focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness in warehouse operations through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze warehousing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

Conduct workflow analysis, time and motion studies, and root cause analysis.

Ensure compliance with operational and quality standards, recommending corrective actions.

Support sustainability initiatives through research and best practice implementation.

Research and recommend new products, tools, and technologies for process enhancement.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain (preferred).

3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or process improvement.

Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify root causes of inefficiencies.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.

Experience in cross-functional collaboration to implement improvement strategies.
